Emergency services were called to an address in Cavendish Place, Eastbourne, at 1:28am on Saturday, November 8, following reports of a medical emergency.
Officers found two men with injuries, who were immediately taken to hospital for treatment.
A 29-year-old man and a 27-year-old man have since been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and are currently in police custody.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said:
“Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances of the incident.”
